Unika Return and Refund Policy

At Unika, we want you to be 100% satisfied with the purchase of your ballroom dress that is the perfect fit. If for any reason you have an issue with our policies or your order, we welcome you to contact us at any time. We are here to help and do our best to work out a fair solution so you can be happy in your professional ballroom dress.

 

Cancelling An Order

At Unika Dance Wear you may cancel an order within 24 hours. After 24 hours Unika will begin handcrafting your ballroom dress and you will not be able to cancel.

 

30-Day Adjustment Period

At Unika Dance Wear we have a 30-day adjustment policy. If any alteration adjustments are made to your dress to fit you perfectly, you must contact Unika at unikadress66@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt. Customers are required to cover any shipping costs for the alterations.


Returns & Exchanges North America

Customized Dresses

Customized dresses are neither returnable nor exchangeable, as they are tailored to your very specific specifications. However, within 30 days of receiving your custom ballroom dress you can request modifications to the alteration for the perfect fit. Please contact us at unikadress66@gmail.com to discuss any alterations.

Ready-Made Dresses

All the ready made dresses are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any issues with the sizing please message us in our chat or email us at unikadress66@gmail.com to discuss what we can do for you.

 

Returns & Exchanges Outside of North America

All items are final sale outside of North America but, you will access to Unika's 30-day adjustment policy. If any alteration adjustments are made to your dress to fit you perfectly, you must contact Unika at unikadress66@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt. Customers are required to cover any shipping costs for the alterations.

 

Non-Returnable Items

As each dress is made to order, we cannot allow returns or exchanges due to customization preferences. Sale items and gift cards are not refundable.


Damages & Issues

Upon receiving, please inspect your order. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect in any way, please contact us immediately, within 14 days of receiving your dress at unikadress66@gmail.com.


Refunds

Refunds to your original payment method will be processed within 10 business days of verification of an issue with your order. Once your refund is processed, additional time may be required by your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
